I was even given the engineer’s mobile n.o so I could contact him if I needed to. Arrived on time very polite and very helpful with a few questions I had. Dishwasher with failed heater repair requested on 30 Nov 22. Disappointed as on first visit engineer did not bring replacement heater. On second visit, the engineer did not bring the correct parts. Engineer now 'may' not have the part in time for a fix before Christmas, so next appointment booked for 23rd Dec cancelled so as not to risk wasting engineer's time.
